1990 Mutual-Tek was established with $200,000 USD. The main business was single and double layer PCB.
1994 Increased additional $300,000 USD capital, the real capital went to $500,000 USD and started developing multi-layer PCB.
1995 Developing flex, Teflon, and BT PCB
1997 Increased additional $1,200,000 USD capital, the real capital went to $ 1,600,000 USD; started developing build-up PCB that the highest layer was 20 layers. Hsin Chuang factory started being extended.
1998 Increased additional $1,600,000 USD capital, the real capital went to $3,200,000 USD; Started developing blind/buried PCB. The Factory expansion was done; main production lines were transferred to here.
1999 Developing 3~10 oz heavy Cu PCB and passed certifications of ISO 9002 and ISO 14001.
2000 Increased additional $1,600,000 USD capital and profit turned to capital $1,100,000 USD, the real capital went to $3,500,000 USD.
Mass production heavy Cu and Al base PCB and got UL certification from U.S. Getting The Best Suppliers Awards from Canon continually 10 years. Formed partnership with Berquist Company, which was the biggest metal base CCL supplier in the world, by developing metal core with them. The new factory in Hsin Chuang started being extended.
2001 Increase additional $4,000,000 capital and profit turned to capital $600,000, the real capital went to $10,900,000 USD. Developing the technology of thin film with heavy Cu package. The expansion of Hsin Chuang factory was finished.
2002 Mass production rigid-flex PCB and became the first supplier of rigid-flex PCB in Taiwan.
2006 Profit turned to capital $2,370,000 USD, the real capital went to $13,200,000 USD. Had investment agreement with Changshu Southeast Development Zone and planned to invest $15,000,000USD to build a new factory in Changsu. Changsu first factory being extended
2007 Due to the need of expansion of first factory in Changsu, $5,000,000 USD additional capital was founded. The real capital went to $18,300,000.
2008 The Factory in Changsu was built in Q2 and started mass production.
2009 Developing emboss PCB and embedded PCB.
2010 C.H. Chen is the new Chairman.
2012 Changshu second factory began groundbreaking on March. The big Japanese shareholder ARK Corporation planned to sell all its shares to a specific person. Mutualtek became an IPO company on 2012 October.
2013 Emerging trading since 2013 March.
2014 The earnings 78.35 million TWD increased the capital. Paid in capital reached up to 628.37 million TWD Changshu second factory was officially finished its production line in Q3.
2015 Cash capital increased one hundred million TWD. Paid in capital reached up to700.875 million TWD. The shipment of COMS Rigid-flex PCB reached to 200 million pcs.
